This responsiveness is crucial for telehealth as patients may need to consult doctors from anywhere using their preferred devices. Additionally, CarePoint enables progressive web app technologies for high performance on low-powered devices as well as offline capabilities. Service workers allow core content to load instantly even on slower mobile networks. Caching of static assets enables basic usage with all kinds of internet connection. Together, these features ensure doctors can reliably treat patients, and patients face no limitations, regardless of their location or device.

Significant effort went into designing CarePoint’s interfaces to be intuitive and simple to use for both patients and healthcare providers. Interactive wizards guide patients step-by-step through the patient registration and appointment booking flows. Concise yet comprehensive dashboard views keep providers in control of patient details and schedules. Feedback from prototypes and beta users further refined the experience.
